RETURNS & POLICY 

 

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

 

You can decide to return or exchange any product purchased on patandjack.com for any reason within 60 days of receiving the shipment. The packaging and products must be undamaged and show no signs of wear.

Here are the conditions of a return:

  • The item is unworn and in its original, undamaged condition

  • The item has not been personalized or made to a customer’s specification

  • All items are returned including the glasses, soft sleeve

  • The return request is accompanied by a valid invoice number

  • This policy applies only to items purchased from patandjack.com

  • Please see the section on delivery terms and costs below for further details

 

Pat and Jack offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase including shipping cost. However, the customer will have to take charge of the shipping costs of any additional return. To exercise your right of exchange or return, please send us an email at info@patandjack.com .

  1. Take your package to your nearest CANADA POST or LOCAL POST OFFICE LOCATIONS.

  2. The original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded by the method selected for payment, within 14 days from the date on which your decision to return the product was communicated to us and the items were returned.

  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.

  4. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the credit to show on your account.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND REPLACEMENTS

 

If you have chosen to replace a defective product in conformity with our Terms of Sale, we will send a new product to you free of charge as soon as our warehouse has received and processed the defective product.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on patandjack.com and we will only accept returns if the packaging and products are undamaged and show no signs of wear.

All refunds will be made with the original payment method.
