SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pat & Jack. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

RATES & DELAYS

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Pat & Jack ships to addresses within Canada, United States and international shipping is done with Canada Post. You will receive your order within 2-5 business days if shipped within Canada by regular ground Post and 7 to 10 business days outside of Canada.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders shipped within Canada are exempt from customs charges and duties, but taxes will be applied. Pat and Jack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AND ORDER

If you want to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at info@patandjack.com within 24 hours of your order and we will make every effort to modify or cancel your order. Because we process orders as quickly as possible, the faster you reach out to us, the more likely it is we can modify an order.

DELIVERY TRACKING
